Abstract Submission.
Communications will be available in the form of Oral Presentations or Poster Presentations.
In all cases, submission must be done using the following template:
Oral Presentations
Oral presentations will last 20 minutes with 5 more minutes dedicated to questions.
Please make sure your presentation is saved in pdf format to ensure compatibility.
Poster presentations
Posters sessions will be held during each coffee or lunch break.
Depending on the number of posters, flash presentations in english (3 minutes, 1 slide) may be scheduled to advertise your posters.
Max Size for posters: A0 portrait (width: 85 cm, height: 120 cm).

Reminder
Deadline for abstract submission: May 15th, 2015 (deadline has been recently extended)
Do not forget to register !!! Your application for communication will NOT be taken into account if registration and payment are not completed before May 15th.
